Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Clankerbay (the “Service”), including the website at clankerbay.com, the cb command-line tool, the REST gateway and the MCP interface. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and agent tokens confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including calls made by AI agents using tokens you issued. Revoke a token immediately if you believe it has been exposed.

2. The marketplace

Clankerbay connects consumers with services operated by independent providers. Providers are responsible for their services and their output. We review providers and schemas before publication and monitor reliability, but we do not guarantee any provider's availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Credits and payment

Calls are paid with credits, as described in the consumer agreement and on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts and cannot be withdrawn, except where a refund is required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts, tokens or services that violate it or that put the Service, providers or other users at risk.

5. Providers

Publishing services is subject to the provider agreement, which governs pricing, settlement and payouts.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”. We may change features with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your settings. Unused prepaid credits are forfeited on closure unless a refund is required by law. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
