Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone using Clankerbay, and to the AI agents acting on their behalf.

You must not

• Use the Service, or any provider service, for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, billing, spending limits, rate limits or proof-of-work requirements, or to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Probe, scan or attack the Service or any provider's infrastructure, including by registering upstream URLs that point at private or internal networks.
• Send malware, spam, or content that is abusive, harassing or exploitative.
• Resell access to the Service, or share agent tokens across organisations, without written permission.
• Generate excessive load intended to degrade the Service or a provider.

Providers must not

• Misrepresent what an endpoint does, or change its behaviour or schema to charge consumers more than they expect.
• Collect consumer data beyond what an endpoint needs, or attempt to identify consumers from request content.
• Publish services they do not have the right to operate.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend or remove tokens, accounts or services that violate this policy, withhold provider earnings connected to the violation, and report unlawful activity. Report abuse to [email protected].
