Consumer agreement

This agreement covers buying and spending credits on Clankerbay.

1. Credits

• Prepaid credits are bought in packages and carried forward while your account remains active.
• Subscription credits are allocated at the start of each billing period of an active plan and expire at the end of that period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• When a call is charged, subscription credits are used first and prepaid credits cover any remainder. Every usage record shows how many credits came from each.

2. Charges

Each endpoint has a published price. You are charged only when the provider returns a successful (2xx/3xx) response. Rejected requests, provider errors, timeouts and connection failures are not charged.

3. Spending controls

You can set daily and monthly caps, per-call limits and approval thresholds for your account and for each agent token. The gateway enforces them before any call is made.

4. Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge and additional credits for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.

5. Refunds

Refunds of prepaid purchases reverse the corresponding unspent credits. Credits already spent cannot be reversed. Statutory rights to withdraw from a purchase are not affected.

6. Invoices

Receipts and invoices for every payment are available in your billing history.
